Monrovia Canyon Park - Collared or Truncated Annual Lupine

This annual member of the Pea or Legume family (Fabaceae), that was seen on the Bill Cull Trail, has the familiar looking palmate leaf pattern common to all Lupines but is identified by its narrow leafs with squared off or truncated tips.
