May 18, 2008: This is the trail marker at Wellmans Divide. This is about 3 miles from the trailhead at the tramway's "Mountain Station". From here, the summit is about 2 more miles with 1,134 feet of elevation gain and takes about 1 1/2 to 2 hours at an easy pace.

May 18, 2008: This is a closeup view of the trail marker at Wellmans Divide. This sign indicates the summit is "2.3 miles" but Topo mapping sofware shows it about 1.9 miles.
