This is where the end of the Ben Overturff Trail joins with the Sawpit Canyon Fireroad about 3.7 miles from the park entrance, via the fireroad. Notice the bathroom facilities, completely handicap accessable. The trail to the Deer Park ruins is to the right, just past the sign you see at the bottom of the bathroom ramp. The sign you will encounter a few hundred feet from the Deer Park Trailhead that shows the way to the Deer Park Cabin ruins or to Twin Springs.
